What does "per account" mean?

Each tracked X account is billed separately at the tier you choose. For example, 2 accounts on Growth costs $30/month. You can mix tiers - track one account on Starter and another on Pro if you like.

Can I add more accounts later on different tiers?

Yes. Subscribe to one tier here to get started, then add more accounts from your dashboard on any tier you choose. Each account is billed at its own tier rate.

What happens when I hit my daily limit?

You see a clear notice on your dashboard letting you know the limit has been reached for the day. No data is lost - tracking resumes automatically the next day. There are no surprise charges or errors.

When does my daily limit reset?

Limits reset at midnight each day. New followers and likers from the previous day remain in your dashboard - only the new tracking window resets.

How quickly will I see results after adding an account?

Your first results appear within minutes. We immediately run a day 1 snapshot pulling up to 500 of your most recent followers (500 on Pro) and classify them. Full classification - personality, job role, and skills - runs automatically as part of the same sync.

How is gender classified? Can it be wrong?

Gender is inferred from pronoun usage, name data, profile text, and profile photos. It is a best-effort inference and will sometimes be incorrect. A note to that effect is shown on every person card. We never claim certainty.

What does "classification" mean exactly?

Every person who follows or likes your content is analysed across several dimensions: gender, job category, job role, personality attributes, and skills. This lets you filter your audience by who they actually are - not just how many followers they have.

What is the day 1 snapshot?

When you first connect an account, we scan up to 500 of your most recent followers (500 on Pro). After day 1, tracking continues on the regular daily budget for your tier (50 on Starter, 100 on Growth, 500 on Pro).

Can I upgrade or downgrade an account?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no contracts and no lock-in. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription runs until the end of the period you have already paid for.

When will Instagram and TikTok be available?

They are actively in development. Your tier determines the level of access you will get when each platform launches - so subscribing now locks in your access level ahead of release.

Do I need to connect my own X account?

No. You just enter the public X handle you want to track - no login or account connection required. CatchTheGoodOnes monitors public accounts on your behalf.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We never log passwords, tokens, or personal information. All payments are processed by Stripe - we never see or store your card details.

How is this different from X Analytics?

X Analytics tells you aggregate numbers - impressions, engagements, follower counts. CatchTheGoodOnes tells you who the specific people are: their job, seniority, personality, and how relevant they are to you. It is the difference between "1,200 new followers" and "a VP of Engineering at a Series B startup followed you today".
